update drivers if that does anything, if you dont have integrated graphics try buying a very cheap oem gpu that is like 10$ on ebay like an amd radeon r5 340x or even a gt 1030 for using your computah just in case the main gaymang gpu dies or just connect your monitor on another hdmi/vga or other port of your gpu cuz some ports may not work as well as some unused ones

try underclocking your GPU and checking thermals. Then you could try a reflow in an oven. Then yeah, just buy a shitty like an rx580
