I'm not sure of any options more lightweight than the ones already mentioned unless you want to tinker troon with a tiling window manager

I'd say just go with a WM like niri + dank material shell or try to rice xfce.

Like I want an app drawer zoom out thing like in gnome that isnt ass. And I want to be able to super leftclick move maximized windows.
