Proton mail being unsafe and not privacy centred is a rhetoric I've heard many times, but I don't understand why. Could anyone perhaps explain why? Is using proton bad operational security? What should I watch out for? Also tell me everything you know.

Trusting a private entity to protect your private communications on word of mouth is the most goyslave shit ever. Private host or use protocols with trustless quantum safe E2E and not fucking email. Simple as.
>You can use encryption over email
Literally nophono else besides you supports it

Don't use Protonmail. If you don't control your own emails, somebody else is looking at them. Their "encryption" claims are bogus. Email is a fundamentally insecure protocol that needs to be abandoned for the use of any meaningful communication. Try using 6 SBCs to route your email traffic through on static URL, port forwarding all your email traffic through an outbound Shadowsocks proxy hosted over VPS (like SkySilk), use Mozilla Thunderbird or Roundcube as your webmail client, using the LAN on your 7th SBC on the bottom for your workstation w/ monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, maybe webcam plugged in, register a URL via gandi.net to use your website as a frontend (use .st or .to ccTLD) w/ Anti-DDoS Flood Protection and Firewall by Conor McKnight on Github or Haproxy-protection + alonz22/haproxy-dashboard. SBCs are good for distributed tasks like this.

Is it good if I use it for making burner/unimportant accounts? Like for twitch raids or for soysphere related purposes?
If I don't send emails to any addresses and only use it for confirmation emails, what does that mean? Atleast it's better than gmail I suppose. What can you extract by knowing someone's protonmail?

I forgot to ask but what do they as in Proton, extract?

The important thing to know about burner accounts is that every piece of information you attach to them or the accounts you use them for is under the providers control. Those free tempmail sites make their money via retarded normies who use them for important things and ransoming or stealing from them. That and creating an army of bot accounts without hiring indians to solve captchas. If you use them for raids, then just make sure to hide the IP you are doing it from and ofc not to attach anything personal like a phone number. I could see them doxing you and threatening to tell your employer or uni what you do to poor innocent trannies online

Your IP and browser fingerprint when setting up probably plus the obvious
