This is what soy boys do with limited Super Mario/Nintendo games/Funco Pops, whatever. They hoard them to fill the ever-looming void.
However, I think SNCA data hoarding for the purpose of redistributing it is pretty keyed (because I say so). And if even if you keep all of it to yourself, most people will say it's Aryan because seeing value in software is not so widespread like ACTUAL SNCA games for man children.
So I think it's ultimately decided by the motivation behind it. It's either a soy LARP or an Aryan archive.
