I tested this myself and I can chat again, no VPN required so you can stay on a good connection when playing.

tsmt, it's only a normie problem as of now, but possibly as a slowboil by design. I fear many social sites like youtube may go account only in the near to far future when the opposition loses enough steam. YT would especially suck because they could just start temp or perma banning adblocking accounts. Platforms that have already gone account only might retroactively require ID and whatnot. I hope it leads to another boom in fediverse platforms outside of xitter and discord troons.
