The last thing I can remember about this problem is that it also carried over to different base mods. Houndeyes that used the VJ base did 3 damage as opposed to 25, this may be because their connected to combine soldiers in some way which do the same amount of damage (houndeye blasts are similar to the blast from energy balls).
Some enemies using VJ Base also did their leap attacks way faster than I remember but I’ll see if this is connected to the damage problem on Sunday.
