Artix is actually usable. The head developer or something also hates troons which is pretty keyed.
Gentoo is a meme OS. Even if you're a hobbyist ur better off just manually installing Arch or Artix unless you for some reason transheart compiling literally everything from source

forget distros and just build your own like a true gagachad would

 â„–32272[Quote]

Slackware is the only choice. everything else is overtly complex except maybe Alpine.

It was just a comfy binary based distro, that's about it. Its very light, systemd free, and the package manager was quick and well configured. The main reason I don't like pacman is how the repos are set up summed up here.

Plus I think void has a build system that's of course not as featured as Gentoo, but works well enough. Though I never used it. Plus Musl support

 â„–32275[Quote]

>>32274
i686 support is just broken last time I checked but its supposed to have that too

 â„–32287[Quote]

Okay so quick update on this thread, I tried to install artix on a test partition and it took 10 minutes to boot every time I booted into it. Do you guys know why this happens?

Also I'm currently looking into VOID right now as we speak. If it's really trannyware do you guys know if it shows political shit down peoples throat while using it? I haven't tried any BSD yet so yeah.

I'm currently using a ROG Strix G18 2025.

I heard somewhere that troons in typical fashion kicked out the original dev and established a CoC. I have not used it since Kenny shilled it so I really don't know how it is nowadays

 â„–32290[Quote]

>>32289
Talking about void

 â„–32320[Quote]

>>32206 (OP) Update on this thread I just got basic arch, neither artix or gentoo worked properly.
