you can stop using the booru, it's a hostile site
other than that, you could block every site in ublock and only whitelist the sharty, that way your browser will literally be only useful for viewing the sharty and nothing else (well I guess you could still use it to view pdf or something)

you can use a board scraper that works by downloading the index.json of a board, then use a script to make it look correct, and then show respective the files

something like this would work, but the problem is that you can easily turn off ublock at any time, it doesn't do much other than demoralizing you (which arguably might be good enough, but it's not really what i'm looking for)
