Not really if you are talking about test taking software. You either just have to pozz one of your PCs with it or take tests in your Uni's library. In my case some need to be taken in a testing lab but some you can just do anywhere and cheat with another device

You could play a looping video into the webcam of you looking like your taking the test while sekretly using notes or whatever
