Antiviruses are coal, instead use VM + firewall. Your OS iso must be official, or modded by yourself. Don't launch anything besides fully checked, trusted programs (don't trust Big Tech doe), launch everything else in VMs. Block network for everything except necessary things like browser. And verify checksums for apps you install
