Anyway I'd say the main reason for mass migration is the need to support the massively inefficient public pension system. This problem can be solved by using private pension systems and therefore not leeching on younger generations

Unfathomably true, but libertarians are too cucked to remigrate anyone or undo any damage. Building costs are too high in the first world but they're really not the only factor, plus private equity will still buy up homes.
