Ruhollah Khomeini then asked the father Sayyid Sahib if he could have this girl for a mut'ah (temporary marriage aka justification to have sex while avoid the sin of sex out of marriage), Sayyid Sahib willingly accepted to hand over his girl to Ruhollah Khomeini to spend the night, according to a next door family they heard the girl screaming in terror and crying loudly through the night. He then justified this under his book Tahrir Al-Wasilah (Clarification of the means of salvation) claiming that temporary marriage with a underaged girl was permitted if "penetration isn't present". After this horrible event Sayyid Husain Al-Musawi who was a former student under Khomeini left the Shiite school of thought permanently. This event lead to him being exiled from Iraq in 1978 under the orders of Saddam Hussein.
