Not only does this not make sense with Henry's character, why the FUCK would he make a missing persons report?! Even with the motives laid out this is completely nonsensical if he already knew she was dead.

The puppet is literally a pile of goo when it reaches Charlie, how would it be able to move her - and where would it do so to the point she was never found… Oh wait! No matter what, the Puppet was found, and there would be no reason for the Puppet to not stick close to Charlie, even assuming that it did move her, it would still be nearby, thus the body would be found nonetheless, this is just cope.
>Conclusion
Charlie is the first death, debatably even before CC, her death is completely unrelated to any other incidents, ergo MCI and DCI, and given there were 5 MCI it's safe to assume the fifth is possessing Golden Freddy.
