This is not God's fault, it's the people's own fault, the masses, by design, aren't meant to do impressing things and they want comformity and seek comfort in not being original, while they kill off and ostricize any individual with original ideas. This is just the history of humanity and it's evolution's fault in our origin as a pack species, predates the invention of organized religion, in fact, organized religion IS a byproduct of this mental biology not the other way around. Read Psychology of The Masses by Gustav Le Bon for more information, and about every philosopher ever.
