The stereotype of the "BBC" was not only created by Europeans, but it was also propagated by Europeans during the colonial era.

On the other hand, unlike the "BBC", which wasn't created blacks, "BWC", was created by white guys as a futile countermeasure against the pervasiveness BBC in modern culture, as it clearly urked what ever little masculinity they had left, and the mention of the "BBC" got their knickers in a rope-like twist.

In essence, "BWC" is a reactionary offshoot of "BBC" stereotype-which was also by whites-that white guys repeat to themselves as some sort of self-soothing mantra to combat the the hurt the phrase "BBC" inflicts on their masculinity.
