Yeah thats what the problem was insider trading laws didnt apply there
One thing I hated the most is how it was EVERYWHERE for some time
Its literally gambling like you do with race horses minus a few laws
Also gambling is degen indeed and its everywhere, just not in casinos since people do it in private. I remember in my last year of school (which was a year ago when I left) normies were showing me their sports gambling accounts and how much money they made. I imagine it wouldve been worse this year with the newer prediction markets
