Thoughts on distribvtism?

good but can only work under a strong national corporatist framework

Distributism shouldn't even be an ideology; a powerful, large and well-to-do middle class was simply, and should be restored as, the state of affairs prior to the emboldenment of the great money powers. Every policy a movement wishes to pursue must keep in mind these words.

It's not really a coherent economic doctrine so much as it's just a sentiment, a vague desire for an economy of small-scale producers and a central bank. In terms of comprehensive economic schools of thought, it's most compatible with the social market economy, the Freiburg School, and Georgism. All of the aforementioned economic traditions being relatively liberal and strongly in favor of free trade.
