i wanted to be as like my ancestors i could be
my ancestors followed a culture and a faith so i must do the same
but they converted, and we aren't fully native American in blood anymore, we have european and African, and both of them converted, willingly
so thet must mean the religion of my people, is the christian one
so i embraced it
also because of my preconceived notions of christianism, i already liked its history and theology but i wasn't just there yet
but the history of Christianity in my land specifically pushed me to it
eventually i developed a true faith but that was a little later
