you should be able to tell pretty easily based on her posture. but if she dresses like that shes clearly lacking confidence regardless so you can easily worm your way into her brain by feigning interest while peacocking. wouldnt even take a week for her to be comfortable enough to atleast take the hoodie off and give you an idea
