What the fuck does it mean to be a "conservative recolutionary?" Is that not just being a reactionary?

 â„–4256262[Quote]

*revolutionary

 â„–4256265[Quote]

yes but over the top

 â„–4256267[Quote]

kinda kinda not
reactionaries at that time were generaly more agaainst modern state developments such as wealfare standing armies big state intervention in the economy corporatism ets ets
the german conservative revolution seeked to combine the new modern technical developments with old conservative and reactionary ideals culture hierarchy ets ets
most reactionaries with time just gave up wanting feudalism back and embraced this new form in some way
specialy after the advent of corporatism, integral nationalism, a pletera of papal bulls and inciclics
and other historical eventsz

You conserve the reactions, like when the left attacks you, and you react, you put that reaction into a jar, conserving it.

The closest thing I can see to a "conservative revolutionary" would be the Nouvelle Droite identitarians in the mold of Alain de Benoist, but they're really more like a hodgepodge of left-wing communitarianism; Maoist Third Worldism; race-science; and some paganism thrown in for good measure. It's so divorced from anything "conservative" in either the Anglo-American Burkean sense or the Continental Bonapartist-Bismarckean one that I struggle calling it "revolutionary conservative" either.
