I'm pretty sure you can just enable Developer Mode on Brave and it should allow you to enable User Scripts.

The process should be relatviely easy
>Enable developer mode
>Go to your extensions list and finnd Tampermonkey
>Click on the details
>Turn on "Allow User Scripts"
