I think that as a furry myself, im gonna say that being a furry IS technically zoophilic in my opinion, as it is inclusion of animal body parts in every case since that is the requirement for it being "furry". Furries will cope with anthro but in the end what makes it attractive to literally all of them is the inclusion of animals body parts. Furthermore there is the inclusion of things like knots (dog animal penises) and a lot more in man cases, though it isn't the majority its a big part. probably 40%-50% of what porn furries consume includes animal genitalia.
I would say that statistically furries are 2x times more likely to atleast experience some kind of attraction to actual animals from the average population (which is 9.5% according to BKS, though this also includes the full spectrum of people that say they have very little, to a lot of attraction to actual animals grouped together) which would be about 30%.
however i don't think being a furry automatically translates to actually wanting to fuck animals, or presenting attraction to them. Heres why.
I think it works as a spectrum, one furry might like anthro itself, animal heads, tails, paws, etc though they may also prefer humanoid feet, but they have no desire or like for animal genitalia and for actual animals in general. Some may like animal genitalia, and the likes but not really like feral and so on. I think in a lot of cases what makes it attractive is anthro, it's like tomatos one could say. I think most people dont actually like munching on the raw ingredient, but something like a pizza is delicious even if it includes tomato, but in the end with a combination of other ingredients you may really like. The fuse of human/animal makes perfect really. And if you don't have that, then it's not really appealing for most furries and is even disgusting. Animal Genitalia is fairly hated, but where i think it gets really contentious is feral, you could say it's basically lolicon but for furries here since it's just a cartoon body of a dog. From experience 50%-70% of the people who enjoy this are closet zoophiles or literally open ones. The farther you get the more zoophilic it is, but i've met people who enjoy this and aren't zoophiles, questionably however though i think it's definitely possible, since people do tend to develop a stronger like for the fictional thing in many cases across all kinds of porn than the real, actual thing. Personally from what i've seen it's not very well liked in the community though a not marginal portion seems to enjoy it.
From left to right from anthropophilic to zoophilic i think in the most human-oriented left-side of the spectrum lies in people who like things like catgirls and things like umamusume, since what makes it attractive to these people is the inclusion of animal parts. However these people are barely zoophilic and are very unlikely to present actual attraction to animals, but it's still worth mentioning. Personally, i don't really enjoy knots or animal genitalia, and the same goes with feral although i do enjoy Anthro.
This also means, that technically all furries violate rule 10, since they are part of the zoophilic spectrum. Not technically bestialists, but they still feel an attraction to animals. non-sexual attraction is overwhelmingly larp, as we all know even if it is a big part, almost any furry jerks off or has jerked off to furry sexual content before. This also means that people who post catgirls and more, should also be banned. I can admit that theres probably gigas, who are furries and have 1488 day long NoFap streaks but it's still zoophilic. It's like posting pictures of SFW lolicon oriented stuff like smuglet, though i think many can say that without obvious overtones of porn, it can be posted though it's still in high contention wether it should be. Im unsure about this.

Summary is, Furries = Zoophilia. Furries = Bestialist desires. Therefore by logic any zoophilic content including furry content should be moderated according to Rule 10.
