There are four things raping Africa right now.
>The rushed decolonization of the African states. A lot of Africans were left not knowing how shit works which lead to the deterioration of the infrastructure.
>Deep-rooted corruption within the governments. This was immediate when people like Mandela & other socialist politicians.
>Exploitation of the natural resources from China. See that one documentary about the Chinese dude saying "It's all so tiresome".

It's unfortunate, but that's the reality of the situation. You'd essentially have to cull most of the retards, and I don't think Africans can at this moment.
