>>4196269I feel this way most days too but it's generally not because things are meaningless but because most mundane things are not as they should be or are simply just plain disgusting. I think one of the most poignant examples of this that I can recall took place when I was younger and I had to go to the supermarket for the first time after maybe one or two months of never leaving my home except to run simple errands like walking my dog, and the feeling of being disgusted by everyone I saw, particularly all of the miserable overweight middle aged people dressed like shit and the vacant eyed migrants waddling around the shop without aim or purpose, was immense. I absolutely hated the layout of the place too, the needlessly bright lights and disgusting corporate decor serving no utilitarian purpose beyond keeping their wagecuck employees constantly alert and focused on their work and allowing the 40BMI mudshark single mothers polluting the store to pick out their favourite brand of processed fish fingers without having to put their glasses on to read the price tag. I have more respect for clittycels like Stephan Balliet than I do for any of these people.
