The only way to get raped is to fail against an impossibly easy to kill enemy. I'd recommend if you do like dark fantasy RPG games but be warned the entire game can be summarized as a knowledge check if shit you'd have no clue of knowing. TLDR: It's going to take a lot of trial and error and maybe some online guides, if you're not playing Hard Mode always save in a Prison bed because it'll give you a guaranteed save.
