Should I quit this website and the internet in general?
I think its a huge distraction for me, especially considering western politics or politics of any country including mine is completelely irrelevent to me.
The problems i face arent gorillion indians or blacks coming here, its just my own personal mistakes and habits i need to work on.
But i keep coming back to the internet because its so addicting adn stimulating
I have multiple important exams in spring and summer, i should study for them adn generrally work towards my future instead of this distraction
Just living in real life is pretty peaceful because this country is very peaceful, sure we're inferior and living worse than westerners but thats a high bar and anyone can live a good life here if they really really work hard for it, its not like somalia where your hard work gets stolen by some criminal with a machete
Studying and doing low stimulation but highly engaging activities makes me feel good, its like a video game solving for questions

thanks, im naturally a very low impulse and prone to addiction person. Im guessing its something about my nervous system being sensitive, so any stimulation is felt much more intensely compared to other people, so it makes me more attached to the negative stuff or positive stuff here, i try to find a balance between real life and this site but i end up scrolling for hours
