There was only two organic "Fascist" governments, Germany and Italy.
Neither were fully Fascist, and the closet to fascism was Germany from 1944 to 1945. Even then, it was during the end of a war and so can serve as a good example of actual Fascism. In short, real Fascism has never been tried.

Hungary was not self-sustained as Hitler put it into power. The Ustase regime was ultranationialista authoritarian but not fascist or an organic regime.
