It's your first day so warm up and test the waters by focusing on form and lifting weights you can easily pull. I'd suggest you to get a workout plan as soon as you can, it doesn't have to be today but as soon as you can so you can give each body part rest while not slacking off. I'd also suggest you to start meal planning depending on if you wanna cut weight or gain it.
