If I had to criticize at all, however, I would suggest an alternative to the feather. The image of the delicate feather, that antiquated writing instrument, is somewhat out of place. It has very Old World connotations to it, more befitting of Montesquieu's aristocratic liberalism or Burkean conservatism than a radical labor ideology conceived for the conditions of contemporary industrial society.
