I think something like 15% of American males under the age of 20 have an ADHD diagnosis (which obviously isn't even counting the undocumented cases) so it's not out of the question that you have it. ADHD is a complete meme disorder which has symptoms that can almost entirely be replicated by poor behavioural choices and habits like short form dopamine burst addiction and poor sleep rather than actual underlying neurological issues so as to sell more meds/therapy sessions/whatever anyway
