It's a calm suburban place with quite a lot of underdeveloped parts specifically around the rural areas and not a lot of either urban infrastructure nor nature for where i live. The main city of this province feels quite like an old concrete town surrounded by long lines and large patches of agricultural zones doever the newer or more renovated parts are nice
