I bought a threadripper board from CHYNA a couple months ago, and it was seemingly configured to boot by land, and either a script or someone sshx'd into that machine and was installing shit on it. It shocked me, and I locked everything down and wiped everything, but if I didn't do a good enough job, what slop made it onto my network could still be here?

you can use a packet sniffer and look for strange IPs routing through your net but it's going to be tedious work and you gotta count on the guy routing through your home net at the time

I can't confirm the bitcoin mining, but my datacwnter GPUs were on crazy hot, but they are also old and at idle consume 20 watts each, which likely needs fans on to cool. I also basically wiped everything, so idk how they could've setup a residential proxy. I don't have any smart TV's either.
