also, hire them based on how good they actually are at the job rather than how much cheaper they are willing to work. if a man is geniunely competent (which is EXTREMELY rare for a jeet to ever be, they always cheat along with using nepotism like jews do) than he won't cause any problems. considering that only a fraction of their population would qualify for that, they would never be able to replace white people in any of those fields.
