Sure education is free i'll give you that, but it's common to see a lot of youth on the streets committing some kind of crime (not something like murder, but robbery is plausible). Education itself is debatable, books are reused from lots of years ago and the curriculum is mostly SNCA when it comes to classes related to letters and literature, or history. For the math-related classes though, I'd say it's pretty good, here in the US there are some minor math teachings and methods that could be simplified and made easier for students to understand.
