>>4071038Strategically Kosovo is of limited value to us. It is one of the most poorest regions in Europe & is over 90% Muslim. Without Kosovo, we would have significantly better relations with the US & their puppets in Europe & the 1999 bombings wouldn't have happened. Its economy is held up US Aid. And Russia definitely has no use for it. So why do we want it back? We want it back because it was unjustly taken from us. Such an historically important region that Americans cheated away from us. By giving up, we are telling the people who lied to us, bombed us and secretly backed terrorists in our country that they win, not to mention how much of our blood was spilled for that region. All those destroyed churches and monasteries must be rebuilt. That region has more Serbian churches & monasteries than anywhere else, hence why it is such an important matter for the Serbian Orthodox Church and why many call Kosmet the "Serbian Jerusalem" . It isn't about expansionism or taking land for strategic purposes like western euros falsely claimed. It is about battle for justice, a war for justice and the region that was ours since medival europe. And as members of the Serbian Orthodox Church it is a spiritual war as well due to the hostility towards it on kosovar territories
>can we bring back Kosovo to serbiaNow, highly unlikely, there are bigger changes of republika srpska merging with serbia than otherwise. Eventually they will leave and the "far-right" will get into power in western Europe, this will pave the way for us as long as our government at the time will have the balls to take action since western far right couldn't give less of a phono about Kosovo. An even better alternative scenario is peaceful reintegration with heavy autonomy, like the British handing Hong Kong to China (one country two systems). But at the moment no one is advocating for that.
