Brother we had this girl I think Tuesday, hadn't done a routine mouth/teeth cleaning in 4 years. Her poor hygiene led to a snowball of problems we identified as we were getting ready to clean. Her mom (who was fat as a record) got angry at us and started the passive aggressiveness act, you see a lot of this in this line of work
