holy shit this whole section is just retarded. So to populate (not even use yet) OpenGL function pointers, you must create a OpenGL context. But you actually shouldn't do that the simple way, no, you have to do it twice, and actually you can't change the Window's pixel format using WINAPI, so you have to create an another window with another OpenGL context then destroy the previous window.
