First of all, Cassidy is female and the one you should not have killed is male. So unless the cassidy is hecking trans, there is no correlation. But I don't think it could be CC too.
Secondly, Cassidy couldn't be killed in MCI. Fredbear suit was left in Fredbear's Family Diner, while MCI happened at Freddy's.

Highly unlikely, she was the only victim that wasn't stuffed into a suit, instead she was left out to rot in an alley, if they found the Puppet (which they certainly did, we see the Puppet in FNAF 2) that means they also found Charlotte's corpse right next to it, so she wasn't "missing", she was straight up dead.

It came from a conversation between who people believe are the two souls possessing Golden Freddy, they talk to each other through cryptic messages on the Survival Handbook, in one of the cross words the word Cassidy can be found, plus it's been referenced in the games (the Princess Quest, ev&doe it got retconned) and merchandise.
