They are separated by hundreds of millions of years of evolution: humans are mammals, penguins are birds. Successful reproduction requires very close genetic and cellular compatibility-sperm and egg must recognize each other, fuse, and form a viable embryo with compatible developmental instructions. Human and penguin reproductive cells cannot do that.
Even if gametes were artificially combined, fertilization would not produce a viable offspring. There are also major differences in chromosomes, reproductive anatomy, development, and sex-determination systems (humans: XY; penguins: ZW). No human-penguin hybrid is biologically possible.
