In an actual societal collapse, there wouldn't be any "rising from the ashes". Chances are, you simply wouldn't survive. Unless you have direct access to livestock or hunting land, you're going to starve and die almost immediately. If you rely on the public water system for drinking / bathing, you're going to die of thirst / water contamination. Even in a deep recession/depression you'd be able to retain some degree of first world living standards, but societal collapse literally means no more society. I've never met an accelerationist who actually had a chance of survival in such a scenario. Realistically, your chances are best if you're extremely rich and own some kind of agricultural estate in which you can store modern technology and conveniences and adminstrate a neo peasant population.
