Reading hundreds of posts daily about muslim migrant violence and jeet scams genuinely makes me depressed and my life worse in every way, but i also can't deny that shit like the great replacement isn't happening because it obviously is, and i just keep gravitating towards these kinds of posts no matter how many accoutns i block.
How do i stop caring?

certainly delete tiktok and instagram, theyre useless. i deleted that nonsense 3 years ago and it was a great decision
