In Nazi Germany state-sponsored newspaper Der Sturmer (mainly aimed at lowlifes and teenage boys) famously ran pornographic anti-jewish stories and cartoons in the vein of "evil jew banker rapes virginal aryan girl on a pile of money". The paper regularly featured articles with highly explicit descriptions (and occasionally artwork depicting) alleged Jewish sex rituals, Jewish men raping German women, Jewish women seducing German men to be unfaithful to their wives, Jewish child molestation and the like. The reader was expected to both fear the jews raping his girlfriend/wife/daughter but also be aroused by the very same idea. You hate the jew, but you also fantasize about the jew, envy the power that you ascribe to him in your fantasy.
The same mixture of paranoid fear and sexual fantasy is present in modern neonazi movement. The modern neonazi is both racist and prone to fantasizing about others illicit enjoyment, making interracial porn a smash hit.
