Because they aren't Americans and they're clannish and insular and capture entire industries. Also extremely annoying and obsequious one moment, then they snap into clitty leaking resentful ethnic rage the next.

Their culture is alien and incompatible, they know how to say the usual "things Americans traditionally like" (such as you saying "hard working") but it's very obvious that this is just an attempt at camouflage. It's like when they suddenly bring up Pakistan when nobody asks, it's very obvious and clunky. The immigration problem is not about whether people are hard-working or not.
