Actual answer doebeit, I value human life in relation to my own, if somebody participates in the same society as I do and are a net positive then they are valuable, if they're from a different society I'm not a part of then I don't really care, if they're a net negative then they matter less than a rock

I value human life in a caste system. My family is the most important, then there's me, then anyone from my community, then anyone from my nation, then the rest of humanity.
But with absolute honesty, i consider human life invaluable. I don't think i have any reason to see a life as not worthy of being lived by itself. Actions made by the person change the focus, obviously, but i don't have a reason to believe someone should die or not being born just because i don't like it.
