They kinda just let the natives rot. A lot of native communities are crime ridden shitholes and of course ZOG blames whitey for it and rather than investing in infrastructure and welfare they kinda let anyone who chooses to live in a native american community fester and become extremely poor. The far north literally has some of the poorest communities on the entirety of north america. If Canada wasn't supplying millions of jeets with welfare that's better than even the average white citizen's wages I wouldn't be demanding gibs and would be asking for more jobs to be created but if people are receiving gibs then I think the poorest people in the country should have the most gibs. I don't even understand why they would mass import people who just steal gibs from citizens, unless they're just doing it out of pure malice, which they probably are.
