so the topic is still debated to this day about whether she was 6-9 or older,some theorize that asma (aishas sister) who was 10 years older at the time aisha was consuminated was 27 (by logic aisha was 17 at the time)
second piece is that the person who wrote it,even if a trusted source,was having memory fails and only when traveling to Iraq (possibly written by iraqis) wrote that verse while being senile
Third piece of that arguement is that aisha wa taken into diffrent battles like badr and uhud,which i doubt any 9 year old could have done
And finnaly my theory is that the hadith could have been mis transmitted or rewritten,before that about 800 thousand hadiths were rejected because of their invalid chain of narration,and the ones that did slip in could have been rewritten,and due to missing links and contradictions theres a (nowadays) growing consensus that aisha was older and that the hadith is weak,without those labels we could just point out that it happened 1300 yeard ago when the standards were… not the greatest to say,the qu'ran alsk said that the age of marriage would be considered by judgement (physical),not by a specific number,and for the final one,muhammad made a verse talking about not wanting to be praised as much as jesus was,which I take as not repeating his actions and all
