If I serialized a novel about an Anglo Saxon American empire dominating the last South American Empire and Europe fearing a war with this Empire set in the 1950s, with an almost totally colonized Africa, with Africans being pushed into the Congo alongside North Africans fleeing to Arabia, would (you) enjoy that?

No, that just sounds like a Timmycel's power fantasy.

It would be based off Madison Grant's belief that an America which never received immigrants past 1830 would have been a nation of a billion nomadic warriors. The protagonist would center on an Andorran style town which is on the border between the barbaric Americans and the diverse South American empire. The town would be mostly Italians facing extinction to the North and an Empire turning to Anarchy in the South.

It would be apocalyptic, not triumphant.

i would enjoy that and i would like to see your detailed idea of their peoples and governments. it could be delivered in minor remarks made by the characters and even some bone-chilling-spine-tingling plot twists.

I was thinking a novel centered on an individual town trying to figure out its future, caught between a massive changing world. But, if you just want to hear about this world I thought up, I could make posts explaining the world building.

If the novel is to some extent an excuse to the worldbuilding, i'd like to know the latter without the unnecessary plot

I kind of wanted to explore a lot of different settings in this world but I could start by just writing a summary of the entire world, all the countries, historical events, and so on. If this was liked, I could then write some short stories in the world.
