pol, I've got to study, but I have never done so in my life, I got adhd from vaccines and got through school carried by IQ, ended up getting acceptable grades and got into a good university somehow. All I did in school was draw jaks on the tables. I never owned a notebook, I don't know how to take notes, and althogh I'm not mathematically illiterate when it comes to simpler calculations in your head, I am illiterate when it comes to the content.

for those of you who aren't neets, how do you study? Any subject, not necessarily math. The only thing I've found that works partially is grinding exercises in math (maybe that's all there is to it), which I have been doing starting from prealgebra all the way to calculus, but when it comes to subjects that require more reading and note-taking I am lost. I just read things that leave my head instantly, I am unable to read. The only strategy I've found for it is giving the content to AI and grinding questions related to the topic which it makes for me

When I study something that relies on rote memorization I repeat it like a parrot twice a day it sticks in my mind by the end of the year before the finials.
As for things that rely on understanding I use my own imagination, for example there was a mathematical equation about suspect value of growth, I start to replace money with dead niggers and it became much easier to understand

I know how to make yourself sit and study even if you're a serial procrastinator, but you're saying that even if you study you instantly forget what you've just read so the only option for you that I know of is taking meth or whatever drug would help you focus before you begin your studying session.
