Why are humans seemingly the only animals to have such stark differences in appearance and the only animals to heavily fixiate on looks? No other primate does so, nor can they due to them all looking identical, why are humans the outlier?

Yes but this only seems to occur in other classes, not mammals. Why are humans the only outlier? For example even with biologically monogamous animals such as Gray Wolves, Gibbons, Dik-Diks, Beavers, Prairie Voles, etc, looks basically mean nothing to them, yet humans being mammals still fixiate on them.
