i have made atleast 7 qpadam models and they all have these issues , let me make a quick g25 one so you dont forget , the thing with qpadams is that for example modeling saudis would give you a chg outcome without any issues using g25s but using qpadams unless its from a adirect rich soruce of it its just going to say hey iran n and this source of chg already share alot of snps so its too wide and out of range , same thing for natufains and Iberomaurusians they have the same ancient north African and dzudzuana admix ,the difference is g25s use 25 dimensional coords to determine the distance/autosmal , how ever qpadam models are very much strictly for autosmal admix and use actual snps from actual pouplations with datasets rather than dna converted to g25 coordinates
